Why is it insulting to call a footballer a dog eater. Are the whingers looking down on Chinese, Koreans etc. and being being racist?

100% if I was visiting asia and had the chance to eat it, I would. Just like when I tried horse in Belgium, fuck me it was delicious.

pigs are just as smart as some dogs and we eat pigs with abandon, so yeah in that respect why not? I think many are oblivious to where our food comes from and eating dogs is probably no different to a dog eating Korean than eating a pork chop is to us, its just that we have developed a cosier relationship with dogs and seeing them as food is somehow 'shocking'

I don’t have a problem with people eating dogs, just the conditions that they are kept in.
People have been eating rabbits and Guinea pigs for years.
Also tried horse , lovely .

Dog lover/owner - I tried it and enjoyed it in China. Had cat at the same time, which was fatty and stringy.
Similar to life - one's lovely, one's horrible.

I saw lots n lots of fluffy puppies when I went to Lake Toba, Sumatra and they were definitely not being kept as pets. Best thing was that they were left to run around...free range, so to speak, not kept in cages. I didn't get offered any dog meat but would have tried it.

Ethics is perhaps the most interesting aspect of human consciousness. I stopped eating pigs as they have the intelligence of a young child and that just doesnt sit right with me.
Anything that lives wild is ok and sheep are a bit fucking stupid so killing them and eating them seems fair enough.

Accidentally stumbled across a dog meat market in China which was pretty harrowing. Accidentally ordered a dog meat noodle soup. Smells and tastes like wet dog. I have abest friend named Milo who is a lab and knows nothing of my shady past. He’s has a fantastic life…for now

I'd eat, or try to eat those XL pitbull types which are emerging and causing all kinds of harm to us humans. I'd also have a go eating the cuntish owners.
I would starve to death before I ate my gorgeous springer who is presently asleep on my feet.
I respect other cultures though, and if they want to feast on Mutt, let 'em.
